Darknon Station

Darknon Station, situated near the border of the Itani Nebula along the Itani Run, functioned as a space station.

History

Constructed in the vicinity of the navigational beacon called Darknon Beacon, the station eventually declined in importance as trade routes shifted. Consequently, it deteriorated into a mostly deserted, spectral remnant of its former self.

By the time the Galactic Civil War occurred, only six of its eighteen docking bays remained operational. Other features of Darknon included the Stormview Lounge, the Galaxy Shop, and the defunct Van Serai Hotel. The Galactic Empire stationed a young customs officer, Sergeant Nethius, at Darknon to safeguard a secret research station concealed within the Itani Nebula.
