Aul Tarrus Vishav

Major-Guardian Aul Tarrus Vishav, a distinguished Bitthævrian, held a high-ranking position within the m'Yalfor'ac Order. Furthermore, he served as the dedicated bodyguard of Colonel Quaal Tavier Catharius.

Biography

Vishav's origins trace back to his birth as a slave in the crystal mines of the Upper Bal'ta'ran Cluster. His exceptionally large stature was exploited by his enslavers, enabling him to continue mining even when other slaves succumbed to exhaustion under the same harsh conditions. The consistent exertion enhanced his physical capabilities, necessitating the use of magnacuffs to prevent any potential uprisings. As a young boy, Vishav contracted the often-fatal illness known as Sinjaffe. However, his superior physical condition allowed him to overcome the disease within a matter of days. Despite his recovery, prominent bands remained on his arm as a result.

His owners, perceiving his size and strength as a potential threat, the head slaver decreed Vishav's execution. He was subsequently confined to a cell at the u'Tal'ac Range, but a fateful error led to his restraint with standard shackles. Vishav successfully broke free from the shackles and made his escape, eliminating numerous guards in the process. This daring escape became a legendary tale among the other slaves in the mines.

Following his escape, Vishav journeyed to the continent of l'Quart'a where he enlisted in the m'Yalfor'ac Order, serving as a foot soldier within the continental army of the Guiteica Militia. Through rigorous training and innate potential, he evolved into a formidable warrior, swiftly ascending to the elite rank of Guardian. Eventually, he was selected as one of the personal bodyguards for the m'Yalfor'ac leader, Colonel Quaal Tavier Catharius. As a Guardian, Vishav garnered considerable fame and recognition during the challenge by personal combat between Catharius and the captured traitor Jael Ganton Farvash. Farvash had previously attempted to assassinate Catharius, inflicting injuries but ultimately being captured. Despite this, Farvash requested a challenge by personal combat, which the wounded Catharius felt compelled to accept. Catharius then appointed Vishav as his Defender, a traditional role typically employed to ensure the "honorable" conduct of the battle and officially designated to prevent disruptions from unwanted participants.

During the intense battle, both Catharius' and Farvash's dematoils drew blood. Subsequently, three dematoil-wielding Guardians aligned with Farvash entered the arena. Vishav attempted to voice his objection, but the Succession Judge, biased in favor of Farvash, permitted the battle to continue. In response, Vishav entered the arena unarmed and eliminated the three Guardians, sustaining injuries to both his chest and hands. Catharius then proceeded to defeat Farshav, followed by the Judge. In the aftermath of this event, Vishav was hailed as a hero, nearly matching Catharius's esteemed status, and was awarded the Ransal Rhal Insignia, almost guaranteeing his succession as Catharius's replacement.
