A powerful Force user, a muscular male, was receiving instruction from Shon-Ju, the former Jedi who had gone rogue, at his Force school during the year 21 BBY. Shon-Ju, having been denied entry into the Jedi Order, spent his time in isolation, discovering alternative applications of the Force. Subsequently, Shon-Ju took this Force-user and two other students, teaching them to direct the Force through their hands.
In 21 BBY, Shon-Ju and his students pursued Attuma Duum, a mercenary, to Cavamina Minor, a moon, with the intention of thwarting his criminal activities. Simultaneously, the Jedi Order dispatched Aayla Secura to apprehend Duum. Secura, compelled to evade Duum's forces, crash-landed on Cavamina Minor. Shon-Ju and his students aided Secura by directly engaging Duum's mercenaries in battle; this man apprehended Secura as she attempted to escape. Following the retreat of Duum's men due to the efforts of Shon-Ju and his students, Secura collapsed due to the injuries she sustained; this man alerted Shon-Ju to her condition. They then retreated to Shon-Ju's hideout. Upon awakening, the Twi'lek Jedi found herself alone. Discovering Shon-Ju overseeing his students' training, she inquired about his past. Below, Shon-Ju's students were honing their Force abilities by striking a sizable rock as part of their regimen.
Secura and Shon-Ju decided to work together to stop Duum. Despite their success in dismantling Duum's operation, Shon-Ju betrayed Secura, resulting in his injury and subsequent escape.
This student was trained in a unique manner, enabling him to concentrate the Force during combat. Shon-Ju commented that his students were gaining as much knowledge from him as he was from them. He was seen wearing Jedi-style robes.
This male Force-sensitive individual makes an appearance in The Clone Wars: Deadly Hands of Shon-Ju, a graphic novella released in 2010.
