The cantina known as The Ellstree Bar could be found on the primary thoroughfare of New Hope Settlement, which itself was situated on Ladarra. Patrons could order chilled lum, and a repliwood sign at the entrance explicitly stated that droids were permitted inside.
Although it often seemed abandoned, the bar served as a refuge for the remaining members of the planet's unsuccessful colonization attempt, comprised largely of Humans. Rivo Xarran earned the moniker "The Storyteller" because he would assemble the local children and recount stories of bygone eras, including his own experiences, after he sought refuge on the world to escape Boba Fett.
