Snem Noonb was a Sullustan male, according to legends, who was the proprietor of a manufacturing plant located in Edic Bar on the planet Genarius.
Noonb's factory produced a variety of starship components, including plasma relays, power conduits, and drive systems. He also assembled complete lightsaber construction kits as a service to the Jedi at the Almas Academy, which they used during the Jedi Trials. Following the Battle of Naboo, he acquired and repaired numerous damaged battle droids. These repaired droids were then utilized in the Almas Jedi trials specifically for the Test of the Droids, where a simulated virus was installed to provoke them into attacking the aspiring Jedi Knights.
During the time of the Clone Wars, the heroic figures from Cularin journeyed to Noonb's factory. Their purpose was to retrieve ten lightsaber kits for use in the upcoming trials at Almas. Noonb gave them a tour of his factory, but while this was happening, Zelice Sturm secretly uploaded a virus into the droids, causing them to turn aggressive. Ultimately, the heroes managed to subdue the droids.
