Percival Vale, a Human male endowed with the Force, existed in the final era of the Galactic Republic.
On the planet of Bespin, Vale was born to a wealthy starship magnate. Around 33 BBY, his father dispatched Vale to the Cularin system with the intention of him joining the Almas Academy to pursue Jedi training. Diverging from his father's plans, Vale began a romance with Selima DeWitt, and together with the Cerean Higgie Sethven, they founded the business Natural on Cularin. Approximately one year following his arrival in the system, Natural became the location of a conflict between security forces dispatched by the competing corporations Culpharm and Genasys. As Sethven and DeWitt took refuge on the upper level of the shop, Vale positioned himself on the ground floor armed with a stick, endeavoring to protect them. Ultimately, all three were saved by the Heroes of Cularin. Some weeks later, Vale and DeWitt became betrothed.
