Jund Voon, a male Ishi Tib, owned and managed Wave Works, a gift shop situated in the Fathoms resort within Wildwater City on the planet Dac. Furthermore, he participated in Odanni's illicit activities, functioning as a seller of black market goods.
Voon established his retail business inside the Fathoms entertainment area. He accumulated a substantial fortune by trading artistic marvels, souvenirs, and aquatic ornaments. His forte was unique jewelry crafted from materials sourced underwater, which proved so successful that he became one of Wildwater's richest and most esteemed traders.
Driven by avarice, he falsely claimed authorship of the works produced by a female Qwohog slave named Kei No Kay, concealing her existence from his clientele. Her skills were essential to his business, as he lacked the ability to create the merchandise he sold. He presented a welcoming facade to patrons, freely giving small gifts to kids and readily negotiating prices. Yet, his true nature was reserved, and customers frequently overlooked his presence until the moment of purchase.
Paul Danner and Bill Smith conceived Jund Voon for Wretched Hives of Scum & Villainy, a supplement for the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game released by West End Games during 1997. Joel Carroll provided the illustrations.
