Hurrim Base, serving as the central command hub for the Hurrim, met its end at the hands of the Rebels in 3 ABY.
This base boasted substantial defenses, incorporating Asteroid Laser Batteries, Asteroid Warhead Launchers, and a contingent of capital ships. Its defensive assets included:
- Two Marauder-class corvettes: named Plank and Broadside
- A complement of five Asteroid Laser Batteries
- A complement of five Asteroid Warhead Launchers and Numerous Preybird-class starfighters
The XQ1 Platform known as Hurrim Base was situated within an asteroid field, functioning as the Hurrim's central nervous system and the residence of its commander, Golov Nakhym.
Leading up to the Battle of Endor, the Hurrim were ousted from Dunari's commercial empire. In retaliation, the Hurrim seized numerous members of Dunari's staff and incarcerated them within the confines of Hurrim Base. They also commandeered several Alliance freighters, including six MB-C1 medium transports operating under the collective designation Vemmer.
Prior to its discovery by Dunari and Alliance Intelligence, Hurrim Base remained concealed from Rebel forces, which then triggered a full-scale assault on the installation. Subsequently, the Alliance apprehended Golov Nakhym as he attempted to flee aboard the shuttle Lendros.
Following the liberation of the hostages, the now-vulnerable Hurrim Base was obliterated, thus bringing an end to the Hurrim's perfidy.
