Great Gran Run

The Great Gran Run constituted a trade route that spanned from the planet Cerea in the Mid Rim Territories to the agriworld Kinyen situated within the Expansion Region. This route commenced at Cerea, proceeding to Chalcedon, a central hub for the galactic slave trade, and subsequently to Takodana, a [forest](/article/forest] world in the Tashtor sector, where it intersected with the Biox Detour hyperlane. Upon entering the Expansion Region, it made its way to Chyron before arriving at Noe'ha'on, a jungle world, and finally Kinyen. Kinyen is the original homeworld of the Gran species and a junction point with the Corellian Trade Spine super-hyperroute.

In the year 10 BBY, Governor Diles Anevi of the Expansion Region engaged in a meeting with Dryden Vos, the publicly recognized leader of the Crimson Dawn organization. The purpose was to negotiate an agreement to relax specific travel limitations for Crimson Dawn starships utilizing the Great Gran Run, in return for monetary donations to charitable initiatives that Anevi supported. However, Vos, losing control of his emotions during the encounter, assassinated Aveni.
