Boegis Squadron, under the leadership of Nami crime lord Ali Tarrak, consisted of Y-wing squadron fighters.
Tarrak utilized this squadron in an operation to disable three Imperial modified corvettes known as the Hashim. Following the disabling of the corvettes, the Corellian transport, Dhoora, executed a boarding maneuver and seized control of Hashim 1, which held a prototype TIE Defender. Boegis Squadron, together with T-wings from Talon Squadron, offered protection and accompanied them.
The squadron saw action once more in a failed attempt to kidnap the chief scientist after the Imperials overcame the Rneekii pirates. On this occasion, the mission failed, resulting in the destruction of the Y-wings and T-wings of Oro Squadron, as well as the capture of the transport Choora.
