Yadira Ban was a Jedi Padawan of the Twi'lek species from Lethan, and female. She served both the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the period of the Cold War against the reconstituted Sith Empire.
As a Force-sensitive Twi'lek, Yadira Ban underwent training in the Force from the Jedi Order. This occurred during the Cold War that existed between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. To complete her training as a Padawan, having already constructed lightsaber, she was tasked with facing a Sith in battle. She was given the assignment of protecting an Imperial defector, known as "The General", during his transport aboard the Brentaal Star, a Thranta-class corvette of the Republic.
While in transit, the Brentaal Star was attacked by the Imperial transport named Black Talon. Ban met her end when Imperial boarding parties encountered her on the engine deck of the Brentaal Star.
