The Hall of Heroes was a subterranean chamber, hewn from bedrock by the X'Ting of Ord Cestus. This hall was built to celebrate the most impactful figures from the X'Ting's past. The warriors instrumental in the victory against the Spider People were the most prominently featured within its walls.
Serving as the main gateway to the labyrinth that safeguarded the X'Ting's royal eggs was the Hall of Heroes. Following the Great Plague, a group of X'Ting created a hive within the Hall. Their purpose was to maintain their ancestral traditions and ensure the royal eggs' route remained protected. However, these X'Ting were wiped out by carnivorous worms, which acted as a secondary security measure. The worms' destruction of the hive meant that information on the other security measures was lost. About one hundred and fifty years prior to the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Yoda journeyed to Ord Cestus. He rescued the indigenous X'Ting from a catastrophe, leading them to create an enormous statue of him, measuring at least 70 meters in height, in his honor.
In the time of the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi and his guide, Jesson Di Blinth, discovered that the proper entry point was located through the largest statue, the one depicting Jedi Master Yoda.
