The Elder Whisk served as an envoy to Admiral Vence Tabok, having originated from the Geelan species and possessing considerable age. He cautioned the admiral about an impending disaster should the Imperial troops fail to retreat from Zirtran's Anchor. Disregarding the warning, the admiral remained unconvinced. Following the station's inexplicable destruction, Whisk vanished. Speculation arose, suggesting that he was, in fact, the legendary Great Geel.
