Viraxo Industries, a business enterprise, was under the ownership of the Viraxo lineage.
This enterprise was composed of various distinct divisions; however, its principal activity centered around the transportation of goods. Around the period of 32 BBY, they maintained an alliance with the Trade Federation. Yet, by 3 ABY, they had cultivated exceptionally strong connections with the Galactic Empire. Furthermore, they held ties with Black Sun. Their operational methods mirrored those of their associates, as they were notorious for attempting to dismantle their rivals through any means available. These methods encompassed a spectrum ranging from issuing threats, to strategically placing illicit items at the storage locations of competitors, and even engaging in direct assaults, such as the one at Harlequin Station.
Around the time of the Battle of Hoth, and conceivably for a considerable period preceding it, the organization was under the leadership of K'Armyn Viraxo, and had cultivated an intense and acrimonious competition with Twin Suns Transport Services.
The Viraxo family was resolved to bring about the downfall of Twin Suns Transport Services to amplify their own earnings and stature. Consequently, they frequently subjected the Azzameen family to harassment, often through unprovoked acts of aggression. In response, the Azzameens engaged in defensive actions to safeguard their interests. This conflict would later prove catastrophic when the Galactic Empire discovered the Azzameen family's association with the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The Empire swiftly seized the family's assets and transferred them to the Viraxo.
Despite this adversity, the Azzameens persisted in their efforts to protect their interests, inflicting substantial damage upon Viraxo Industries through a series of meticulously planned strikes targeting their cargo facilities, resulting in irreparable losses for the company. The Azzameens even attempted to assassinate K'armyn Viraxo in one particular assault. However, K'armyn narrowly escaped death, having received advance warning of the attack on his personal vessel, which was subsequently destroyed by the Azzameens. This failure suggested that the Viraxo may have had informants operating within Twin Suns Transport Services.
The Viraxo also briefly gained control of the Azzameen Home Base after the Empire permitted them to confiscate the family's possessions. They subsequently sold this base to a group of mercenaries who harassed the Bothans, who were prominent members of the Rebel Alliance. Nonetheless, this facility was ultimately recaptured by the Azzameens with assistance from their Rebel allies.
