Torrin, a member of the Lamont Dynasty of Daimar, was the offspring of King Mitar. He had two siblings, Erra and Rondar, and held the position of uncle to Princess Winera. Following the establishment of the Empire's blockade encircling Daimar, King Mitar dispatched his granddaughter Winera, along with Alet Komain and the Jedi Shen-Ji Collun, to the world of Byrsym, where Torrin led a resistance cell against the Empire, for safety. Torrin ensured their security upon arrival and provided them with sanctuary, while his brother Rondar, along with their father, stayed on Daimar.
