TK329, a male stormtrooper, served the Galactic Empire in 1 BBY. While disseminating Imperial propaganda, TK329 openly shared his experiences within the Empire.
Aboard the Star Destroyer called the Vector, TK329 was stationed. He served under Commander Tallos at one point, yet sometimes participated in training exercises with Commander Gorrister and his squad. Mera is TK329's wife, and Gareth is his son. TK329 graduated at the top of his class from the Academy of Carida. During his time there, he befriended Davin. On a peacekeeping mission to Ryloth, TK329 first encountered the Rebel Alliance when his squad was ambushed by them.

While TK329 was serving on the Vector, he and his fellow crew members experienced some down time while a small team was sent to Meglumine. Following this break, TK329 overheard rumors regarding a group of soldiers who had improperly handled sensitive cargo, leading to contamination. Subsequently, they encountered engine problems. To maintain engine operation, the crew had to resort to backup power on two separate occasions within a span of three days. Ultimately, the engines failed completely, and communications systems malfunctioned.
Suddenly, the number of men reporting to the sickbays increased significantly. Due to a lack of participants, training sessions were canceled as the infection became apparent. TK329 underwent a checkup at the infirmary, where he learned that the initial victims of the illness had not survived. Later, the death toll reached hundreds, prompting TK329 to describe the illness's effects as horrifying.
Eventually, the Vector lost all power and had to rely on the back-up generators for the most minimal of life support. Troopers who were not infected began discussing escape plans. The hallways were covered in blood, and the air was thick with the smell of decay. TK329 sent a message to his wife and child, expressing his love and regret.
TK329 intended to join Commander Gorrister and his team, who were planning an escape. However, before he could, he began to experience the symptoms of the illness, realizing he was dying. In his final message, TK329 implied that he was witnessing a reanimation caused by the virus, but he was unable to complete the message before succumbing to the sickness.
TK329 considered the BlasTech E-11 blaster rifle to be among the finest weapons available. TK329 believed the Vector was an engineering masterpiece, and that one could not truly grasp the size of the vessel until forced to run the length of its halls during morning drills. He also held the opinion that stormtroopers were superior to clones because they dedicated their lives to fighting and training for the opportunity to serve. TK329 viewed the Rebel ideology as cowardly and selfish, believing they would not stop until the galaxy was consumed by civil unrest. TK329 stated that being a member of the 501st Legion was a privilege. Eventually, TK329 aspired to complete his service and become one of the Emperor's Royal Guards. He also hoped his son would follow in his footsteps. TK329 expressed the belief that even the weak could be valuable to the Empire.
