The ancient temple located on X3-299-11 employed thermodrones as a form of automated defense. During Nokk's and Winloss's exploration of the temple while fulfilling a job commissioned by Doctor Chelli Aphra, they were targeted by multiple thermodrones. Aphra alerted the hunters to the presence of these thermodrones, and Winloss subsequently neutralized them using his blaster pistol.
