Telti Obrim was a Human woman married to Jaller Obrim, a Captain in the Coruscant Security Force who led the Anti-Terrorism Unit. She resided in the Rampart Town area of Coruscant with her husband and their two adolescent sons. As the wife of a police officer, Telti had become accustomed to the requirements of Obrim's profession; she accepted many facets of his life without complaint and was considered a kind person. When Fi Skirata was rescued from being put to death at the Republic Central Medcenter, she raised no concerns when her husband brought Skirata to their home for an extended stay.
