As the Galactic Republic neared its end, Selima DeWitt, a Human, founded the Natural store on Cularin. She marketed star-mist, prized for its agreeable fragrance and popularity among patrons. Her associate, Higgie Sethven, a Cerean biochemist, examined star-mist and found that a lilac-tinted compound with nerve-regenerative properties could be created by macerating star-mist, boiling it in alcohol, and then letting it dry.
