Sevik, a Human of the male variety, collaborated with his ship's company to deceive a pair of Weequays. Their aim was to get the Weequays to aid them in locating the riches hidden within Zelosian's Chine. When their spacecraft collided with a coral reef on Zelos II, Sevik and Hanugar found themselves stranded. They were compelled to fend off melk while they awaited the arrival of their accomplice, K'zk. After the treasure was discovered, the crew abandoned the Weequays, who then vowed vengeance.
