Hanugar, a Human of the male persuasion and advanced age, collaborated with his starship's personnel on a scheme to manipulate a pair of Weequays into assisting them in the recovery of the Zelosian's Chine treasure. Following a shipwreck incident where their vessel collided with a coral reef on Zelos II, he and Sevik were compelled to fend off attacks from melk while awaiting the arrival of their accomplice, K'zk. After successfully locating the treasure, the ship's crew abandoned the Weequays, who in turn vowed vengeance.
