Qa'till, a crime lord, belonged to the Laboi species. On the planet Hypotria, Qa'till managed to seize control of the starship maintenance, leading to his rise in the criminal underworld. A Rebel agent operating undercover, who happened to be R2z-DL's owner, was murdered by some of Qa'till's Laboi workers.
