Nar-Somo-Dali held the esteemed position of Elder on the world of Cerea, circa 33 BBY according to the galactic standard calendar. A comrade of Ki-Adi-Mundi, a Jedi Watchman, Nar-Somo-Dali collaborated with him to expose a scheme orchestrated by fellow Elder Dorr-Femi-Bonmi, involving contraband of forbidden technology onto Cerea. This illicit operation was conducted in league with Ephant Mon, a Chevin known for his smuggling activities.
During 33 BBY, the ProTech ideology gained significant traction, leading to Ki-Adi-Mundi, a Jedi Master, being falsely accused of murder by the rebel Bron. Nar-Somo-Dali presided over the ensuing trial. He granted Mundi the opportunity to speak freely, recognizing the truth through examination of the lightsaber and video evidence. Nar-Somo-Dali and Mundi jointly determined that the ProTech movement needed to be opposed, identifying Maj-Odo-Nomor as the true instigator, whom they successfully apprehended. While Mundi tracked down his daughter Sylvn and investigated the ProTechs, Maj-Odo-Nomor regularly supplied the Jedi with current intelligence. He revealed to Mundi that a smuggling network, headed by the Chevin Ephant Mon and the corrupt Senator Dorr-Femi-Bonmi, was the force behind the movement. This revelation led to Bron's flight, effectively ending the movement's momentum.
