The Marisota Floodplain in 2974 BBY Existing on the world of Kesh, the Marisota Floodplain was a level expanse of land. This plain was geographically positioned between Tahv, the capital city of the Lost Tribe of Sith, and the settlement of Eorm, which served as a port. This location became a frequent battleground amid warring Sith groups during the era known as The Time of the Rot, until the period of the Hilts Restoration which began in 3000 BBY. A further conflict occurred here in 2974 BBY during the rebellion led by Dreypa. At first, the combined armies of Dreypa and Parlan Spinner possessed an advantage over the Tribe's forces. However, the Tribe's leader, Grand Consort Iliana Hilts, commanded the deployment of the airborne unit known as the Skyborn Rangers, causing Dreypa's army to fall back to Sessal Spire, where he released several dormant Leviathans.
