Jollo was a Twi'lek of the male sex who lived during the time of the Galactic War. He sought employment as a janitor with the Shroud's syndicate sometime after 3636 BBY, drawn in by the advantages it provided. Despite the job's requirement of eye removal and the need to complete twenty interviews, Jollo was successful in his application. His assignment was the volcano level of The Coil, which was the Shroud's newest headquarters on Obus VI.
While cleaning the base in 3630 BBY using a vibromop, Jollo came across the droid HK-55. HK-55 had broken free from captivity and was in the midst of destroying the facility. Jollo, considered a non-combatant, was restrained and bound to a chair. The droid's destructive actions led to the devastation of the Coil's underwater and asteroid sections, but Jollo remained safe on the unaffected volcano level. He was eventually discovered by individuals dispatched by Bey'wan Aygo to assess the possibility of repurposing the remaining base for the Anti-Zakuul Alliance. Jollo was invited to join the Alliance and voiced his ambition to one day own the Coil.
Jollo makes an appearance in Star Wars: The Old Republic: Knights of the Fallen Empire during the Interlude: Shroud of Memory. Players have the option to kill him, which will prevent them from obtaining him as a stronghold decoration.
