The Imperial Treasury, also known as the Imperial Treasury Department, was a government body responsible for managing the finances of the revived Sith Empire. Among the Imperial payment facilities it managed was Imperial Pay Station RMH-1973, which was the target of a raid carried out by the criminals Risha Drayen and Beryl Thorne some years prior to 3643 BBY. The robbery was not successful; Thorne was apprehended, and the department placed a bounty of one million credits on Risha Drayen, who was using the false name "Risha Xanthous."
The term "Imperial treasury" was the initial reference to the Imperial Treasury Department in the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic by BioWare, specifically during the "Black Talon" Flashpoint, for players of the Bounty Hunter class. Its complete designation was revealed later in Star Wars: The Old Republic Encyclopedia, a 2012 companion book for The Old Republic.
