Cham Teleus, a Tynnan businessman, accumulated considerable wealth on Tynna in partnership with Nog Teleus. The two then resolved to move their operations to the Cularin system. As a gesture of appreciation for their adopted home, they opted to host several celebrations commemorating the 125th anniversary of the Cularin Compact. These celebrations encompassed festivals, swoop races, various contests, and an exhibition showcasing indigenous Tarasin art and other regional pieces, incorporating several items from their personal holdings. Gomalo, a recently freed Rodian slaver who had been incarcerated in prison, absconded with several artifacts, including a sculpture he himself had crafted previously. Hidden within this sculpture were the coordinates of a nebula where he had hidden the carbonite-encased remains of a Jedi Knight.
The Office of Public Safety was contacted by the Tynnans for assistance, and Ezra Du'Re was tasked with retrieving the stolen sculpture. Ultimately, Du'Re, assisted by some local heroes from Cularin, successfully recovered the artwork. In return for their assistance, the Tynnans bestowed lavish rewards upon the heroes. Sometime later, the pair sponsored the very first Cularin Classic swoop race.
