Centada Ressad

Lady Centada Ressad, an alien of the female persuasion, was a guest at a gathering during the Cold War era. This conflict pitted the First Order against the Resistance. The party took place aboard the Undisputed Victor, a luxurious yacht belonging to Baron Yasto Attsmun. It was at this event that she crossed paths with Lexo Sooger, a Dor Namethian whom she recognized as a former masseuse from Zord's Spa and Bathhouse. However, Sooger, striving to maintain a low profile, feigned ignorance of their previous acquaintance. Subsequently, Ressad engaged in conversation with both the baron and Jerdon Bly, an arms dealer. Bly requested privacy with her and initiated unwanted advances. In response to his forceful embrace, Ressad retaliated by stamping on his foot before making a swift exit.

Biography

During the Cold War period, which saw tension between the Resistance and the First Order, Lady Centada Ressad, a female alien, frequented the city of Canto Bight situated on the planet Cantonica. It was there that she became a client of Zord's Spa and Bathhouse, where she received a massage from Lexo Sooger, a Dor Namethian. During one of these sessions, she mentioned the Contessa Alissyndrex delga Cantonica Provincion in a conversation with him. Later, she encountered Sooger once more in Canto Bight while attending a party hosted by Baron Yasto Attsmun on his yacht, the Undisputed Victor.

Ressad recognized Sooger and approached him, but the masseuse was disguised as a waiter and attempting to remain inconspicuous, as the Contessa had tasked him with killing the arms dealer Jerdon Bly. He pretended not to know Ressad, who then left him to speak to the baron and Bly. The baron introduced Ressad to Bly, after which the arms dealer asked to be left alone with her, because he was attracted to her. When they were alone, he initially attempted to place his arm around her waist, but she deftly evaded his grasp. Undeterred, he tried again and successfully pulled her close, prompting her to stomp forcefully on the insole of his foot. As Bly recoiled in pain, Ressad gracefully moved away from him, passing other party guests who were gathering around him to inquire about his well-being.

Sooger subsequently contacted Bly, impersonating Ressad's personal assistant, and claimed that she desired a private meeting away from the public eye. This ruse successfully lured Bly to a secluded area of the yacht. There, the Dor Namethian assassinated Bly and then fabricated a false alarm by pretending to have discovered a fire, prompting Ressad and the other guests to evacuate the vessel.

Later, Ressad accompanied the Master Codebreaker and his companion, known as "Lovey", to the casino on the very night that Finn and Rose Tico came seeking a human slicer. However, she was apprehended by Canto Bight Police officers.

Personality and traits

Centada Ressad possessed fair skin and a bipedal form, bearing a resemblance to humans but distinguished by a cone-shaped head. Her voice was feminine, and she was regarded as beautiful by Lexo Sooger, who admired her lovely eyes and the exceptionally soft and smooth texture of her skin. Despite Sooger being a member of the serving class, Ressad remembered him after only a couple of meetings, which was quite uncommon among the masseuse's clientele. While on the yacht, she displayed apprehension about being alone with Bly and attempted to politely deflect his advances before resorting to physical action to escape his unwanted attention.

Centada Ressad was conceived for the cinematic production Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, which premiered on December 15, 2017.
