Celida Noerr, working as a secret operative for the Rebel Alliance, managed to infiltrate the Imperial Institute of Higher Studies which was located on Ferrhast. While there, she developed a friendship with Shandria L'hnnar, an individual with significant aspirations. Celida, in collaboration with Shandria, gained unauthorized access to the institute's databanks, where Celida proceeded to expose to Shandria the harsh realities concerning numerous malevolent actions perpetrated by the Galactic Empire. Following these events, Celida was taken into custody. Shandria then made the decision to become a member of the Alliance.
