The Bluestone District existed as a district within the city of Ussa, which itself was located on the planet of Bellassa. Mirroring the naming convention of other city districts, its designation originated from the presence of the lake within its boundaries. Owing to its position in the heart of Ussa, a considerable amount of vehicular and foot traffic traversed the Bluestone district. It shared borders with both Cloud Lake District and The Commons.
