The park known as The Commons, covered in grass, resided in the heart of the city of Ussa on the planet of Bellassa. In the waning years of the Galactic Republic, the citizens of Ussa would often gather in the Commons to unwind. However, after the Imperial forces took control, a significant portion of the Commons was consumed by the construction of their new military base.
