Atlan Dubreas

Atlan Dubreas was a male Trandoshan who held the position of elite councilor within the Chirq Council. He resided on Corellia during the period of the Galactic Civil War.

Biography

Following the Battle of Yavin, Atlan Dubreas was among the nine elite councilors who were in charge of the criminal syndicate known as the Chirq Council. The other eight leaders were Markus Gilder, Braganti Hooge, Koran Lassk, Janos Zarbo, Mathazar Zayet, Zuld Mar-Shayal, Crale Forte, and Rallyn Secura. Dubreas operated from the First Elite Council Bunker, situated near the city of Doaba Guerfel.

In 1 ABY, the Corellian Security Force commenced an investigation into the Chirq Council due to an increase in ryll smuggling activities on Corellia. Captain Vitala Baize made the decision to infiltrate the organization by using a CorSec agent who would assume the identity of Trins Evnar, a Chirq Council member located in Doaba Guerfel. After eliminating Evnar, along with every other Chirq Council criminal who had prior knowledge of him, the CorSec agent adopted Trins Evnar's persona when interacting with the underboss Jzoro Quanera and successfully infiltrated the group. From Jzoro Quanera's database, the CorSec obtained the identities of the nine elite councilors, as well as the locations of their concealed headquarters. Eventually, the CorSec launched assaults on the First and Second Elite Council Bunkers, resulting in the deaths of all the elite councilors during the attacks. With the demise of Atlan Dubreas and the other elite councilors, the Chirq Council fractured into smaller groups.
