Trins Evnar was a Mon Calamari male involved in criminal activities; he served the Chirq Council on Corellia during the era of the Galactic Civil War. His gender was male.
Following the Battle of Yavin, Trins Evnar made his home in the city of Doaba Guerfel. Functioning as a spice distributor, he operated under the command of Kazic Pendre.

In 1 ABY, the Corellian Security Force initiated an investigation into the Chirq Council due to increased ryll smuggling on Corellia. After Lilith Laughlin, an informant, disclosed to CorSec that Trins Evnar held a position within the Council, Captain Vitala Baize contracted a spacer to assassinate him. Her goal was to infiltrate the Chirq Council by assuming Evnar's identity. Consequently, the spacer engaged Trins Evnar in combat at his house and killed him. Following his demise, the spacer also eliminated every Chirq Council member who knew Evnar - specifically Seyda Shae, Genovin Jasha, Jade McDonagh, and Kazic Pendre - to facilitate the infiltration mission. The spacer then impersonated Trins Evnar when interacting with the underboss Jzoro Quanera, successfully infiltrating the organization. The CorSec operation ultimately resulted in the dismantling of the Chirq Council.
Trins Evnar was featured as a non-player character within the video game Star Wars Galaxies (2003), a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. Trins Evnar was incorporated into the game via the "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives" update, which was released on June 8, 2006.
