A dwelling situated in the suburban areas of Lazeria City, which is the capital on the Expansion Region planet known as Lazerian IV, served as the home for Alroy Kever, a trusted aide to King Alarik X and also the commander in charge of the King's Own Guard. Following their extraction from the Crystal Valley of Lazerian IV, Empeth Crystals—a variety of Force-amplifying crystal mined—were transported to Kever's home and kept there. Kever, along with four additional members of the King's Own Guard, in addition to a number of 3PO-series protocol droids, would then guard these crystals.
The residence of Alroy Kever was conceived by John Terra and initially appeared within Twin Stars of Kira, a 1993 add-on for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games.
