Zeetsas, hailing from the planet Ord Cestus, were a diminutive species of spherical form, characterized by stubby arms and legs. Their leathery hide came in shades like blue and gray, perhaps with other colors as well. One Zeetsa was said to be "knee-high," which translates to a height of approximately .25 to .5 meters. In moments of intense emotion, such as excitement or worry, their skin would shift hues or become mottled. Notable examples of Zeetsas include Guntar and Shar Shar.
In the past, Zeetsas played a significant role within Cestian civilization. The X'Ting would nourish them, and in exchange, they would obtain a substance called Lifemilk. Over time, the Zeetsa gained consciousness, leading some to integrate into mainstream Cestian society, while others opted for a more tranquil and unassuming life.
Remarkably, these beings possessed a limited shape-shifting ability, capable of imitating the facial features of others at their discretion. While their size and spherical form remained constant, they could modify their usually concealed eyes, nose, and mouth to resemble another individual, as Obi-Wan Kenobi discovered. Furthermore, they seemingly possessed a degree of anti-gravity capability, and they typically moved around by bouncing or rolling.
