He once served as the governor of Kalarba and was the proprietor of C-3PO and R2-D2. As a governor who traveled extensively, he traversed the galaxy within an opulent vessel, giving way to his lavish desires and accumulating exorbitant expense claims. Upon his superiors in Kalarba becoming aware of his overindulgences, he was compelled to reimburse millions of credits, leading to the auction of the majority of his assets. A junk trader acquired C-3PO and R2-D2 at extremely low prices.
