A resident of the moon of Yavin 4, named Vraker Orde, lived there during the Galactic Civil War era. He was known to have a collection of Rebel armaments.

During the Galactic Civil War, Vraker Orde, a Human male Imperial officer, held the position of commander at the Imperial Fortress situated on Yavin 4. In the period following the Battle of Yavin (0 BBY), Commander Orde oversaw actions taken against the Rebel Alliance. When many of his officers displayed signs of disillusionment, Orde sought assistance from a new Imperial recruit to revitalize the situation. Orde was of the opinion that it was crucial to maintain vigilance against Rebels potentially lurking in the vicinity, seeking vulnerabilities to exploit. In order to thwart their endeavors, Orde assigned his Imperial rookie the task of locating a concealed Rebel scouting unit. The Imperial rookie successfully accomplished this mission, resulting in the death of two Rebel scouts.
The Imperial commander, Orde, was greatly impressed by the rookie's accomplishment in eliminating the two Rebels. Nevertheless, he was aware that the Rebels would undoubtedly dispatch a rescue team to locate their missing scouts. Aiming to capitalize on this scenario, Orde requested his trusted operative to orchestrate a surprise assault on any group the Rebels might deploy. The astute Imperial commander was unconcerned about causing incidental damage in the process. Orde obtained intelligence indicating unusual activity in a sector outside the fortress. He considered this to be a promising starting point and instructed the rookie to investigate the area. The reports proved to be accurate. Two Rebel commandos were present in the area, searching for the missing scouts. Caught off guard, the Imperial rookie launched an attack and killed both of them, which greatly pleased Orde, who praised the rookie for a "first-rate job."
The fact that Orde had to contend with both a Rebel scouting party and a subsequent search party within a short timeframe was revealing. This led the Imperial commander to believe that it indicated the presence of a mobile command center, enabling the Rebels to conduct operations on the jungle moon. When the rookie questioned Orde's certainty, the commander assured his subordinate that, as the commander of an Imperial base, he had access to intelligence reports that supported his conclusion. Subsequently, Orde instructed his operative to find the leader of the mobile base and eliminate him along with any other Rebels in the vicinity. Orde's theory proved to be accurate. The Imperial rookie discovered the location of the temporary base, led by a Rebel colonel. Accompanying the colonel were an additional scout, two commandos, and a Rebel second lieutenant. Despite facing five Rebels, the Imperial rookie dispatched by Orde managed to kill them in the ensuing firefight. Once again, Commander Orde was satisfied with the success of his operative's work. He commended the individual for serving the Empire admirably. While he believed that eliminating the mobile base would temporarily deter the Rebels, he regarded them as pests that could never be completely eradicated.
Vraker Orde was characterized by his tan complexion, gray hair, brown eyebrows, and brown-colored eyes. He was a loyal and dedicated supporter of the Galactic Empire, Orde pledged to persist until every Rebel on Yavin 4 was eliminated. He regarded Rebels as vermin and expressed contempt for anyone who sympathized with their cause. He abhorred failure but also celebrated success, as demonstrated by his admiration for the Imperial rookie who successfully executed his assignments. Orde believed that if he had more officers like his operative, he could have swiftly rid Yavin 4 of all Rebel activity. Indeed, many of Orde's officers had become jaded, which hindered their effectiveness in eradicating Rebel activity.
In his capacity as an Imperial officer, Vraker Orde donned various components of a standard Imperial officer's uniform. This uniform comprised a gray tunic adorned with a rank insignia plaque and a pair of code cylinders, signifying his rank as a commander within the Imperial Military. Additionally, he wore tan trousers, a gray cap featuring an affixed officer's disc, a black belt with a silver-colored buckle, and gray uniform boots. Paradoxically, despite his allegiance to the Empire, Orde possessed a collection of weapons commonly used by members of the Rebel Alliance.
Vraker Orde is identified as a non-player character within the 2004 Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed: Prima Official Game Guide. This reference guide was developed for the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game created by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its shutdown on December 15, 2011. The guide specifies that Vraker Orde is a townsperson residing on Yavin 4. It also mentions that Orde possessed "Rebel weapons."
Despite being listed in the aforementioned reference guide, there is no definitive confirmation that Vraker Orde appeared as a proper non-player character on the video game's live servers. If Orde was ever included as an NPC, the character was removed from the game before its existence could be properly verified. According to an archived 2003 Star Wars Galaxies forum thread, a user named AcowebaAbi suggested that Orde could be found at an Imperial base on Yavin 4. Another archived 2003 thread contains a similar presumption by a user named RayBothan.
The game's directory tree files and source data categorize Orde among the numerous NPCs who provided players with simple kill, delivery, and escort quests. The files contain information for three of these quests, all of which were kill missions that would have required the player to eliminate a Rebel scout, commando, and colonel, respectively. Each of these quests would have rewarded the player with 250 Imperial faction points. While at least one emulator project includes Vraker Orde and his quests, emulator projects are not officially licensed, which means this does not constitute a definitive appearance. Given the ambiguity surrounding Orde's actual inclusion in Star Wars Galaxies, this article assumes that the gameplay information is cut content and that only the information in the Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed: Prima Official Game Guide is canon within the Star Wars Legends continuity.
