This person was a male Rutian Twi'lek. He served within the ranks of the Jedi Order during the Galactic Republic's final ten years.
Recognized as Force-sensitive from a young age, this Twi'lek was brought into the Jedi Order and subsequently trained in the ways of the Force at the Coruscant Jedi Temple's academy. After dedicating years to studying as a Padawan, this individual constructed a lightsaber with a blue blade. He then underwent the Trials of Knighthood, and was granted the title of Jedi Knight. This Jedi, clad in the traditional brown robes, also adopted the practice of wearing robust wrist gauntlets.
While stationed at the Temple, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Senator Padmé Amidala were sentenced to death on Geonosis by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. This Jedi responded to the call to arms from Master of the Order Mace Windu, and promptly departed for the arid planet. Upon arriving on the Geonosis plains, this Twi'lek, along with over two hundred fellow Jedi, charged into the Petranaki arena, engaging the Separatist Droid Army in combat to liberate the prisoners. Although the battle was considered a Republic victory, the Jedi suffered significant losses, with only a few dozen surviving. It is highly probable that this Jedi also met his end in the arena.

The only depiction of this Jedi is in promotional artwork created for an action figure set produced by Hasbro. This set included the Twi'lek Jedi, a Rodian Jedi, and Lumas Etima. The action figure features blue skin, but the promotional art displays him with tannish-white skin. Furthermore, while he is shown wielding a blue lightsaber in the promotional art, the packaged figure holds a green one.
It is possible that this Twi'lek bears a resemblance to Norcuna or Anoon Bondara; however, there is no established canonical connection between these characters.
