Before Exim Panshard's demise, this Sith Lord Viceroy governed a planet. The planet had fallen into obscurity by 21 ABY, and the viceroy's oppressive rule was only found in stories. Following a journey to the asteroid called Kiza's world, Luke Skywalker, a Jedi Master, encountered the mask of Viceroy Exim Panshard, which was owned by Kiza. The spirit of Panshard, still residing within the mask, revealed visions of his governance to Skywalker, showing his dominion over the planet.
