A world, characterized by its extensive desert landscapes, existed within the vast expanse of the galaxy. This planet was particularly famous for a locally produced alcoholic drink referred to as dust juice. During the period of the Great Jedi Purge, Eeth Koth sought refuge on this very planet, only to be eventually tracked down and killed by Darth Vader.
The former Jedi Master, Eeth Koth, sought sanctuary on this planet during the Great Jedi Purge, accompanied by his wife, Mira. While in hiding, Koth took on the role of a priest within the Church of the Ganthic Enlightenment.
After a period of concealment, Mira gave birth to a baby. However, their location was compromised when Darth Vader, accompanied by three Inquisitors, hunted Koth to this world. Koth engaged Vader in a duel, allowing Mira to flee with their child into the city. The Inquisitors pursued Mira through the city, and she was discovered by the Thirteenth Sister. The Inquisitor permitted Mira to board her father's shuttle, but then employed the Force to extract the baby from the departing craft. The Inquisitors then rejoined Vader, who was still engaged in combat with Koth. Upon realizing his child had been captured, Koth's distraction allowed Vader to kill him. Vader and the Inquisitors subsequently departed the planet, returning to Coruscant aboard a Zeta-class shuttle.
The initial appearance of this planet was in Darth Vader (2017) 19, a comic authored by Charles Soule, with illustrations by Giuseppe Camuncoli, and released by Marvel Comics on August 8, 2018.
