Yrica Quell, finding herself marooned on the moon, stumbled upon this observatory; with assistance from IT-O, she deduced that the observatory tower's access was contingent upon detecting a satisfactory biological signature – in other words, it responded to mood. The observatory, upon activation, directed its lens towards the Cerberon singularity, forcing the individual "utilizing" it to re-experience past events. To unlock the observatory's secrets, the user was required to reconcile with their history. Upon successful unlocking, a starship, complete with a cloaking device, was revealed within its confines. Yrica Quell then employed this starship to evade being consumed by the Cerberon black hole's pull, which was also drawing in the planetoid itself.
