This particular character was a Jedi Knight of the Human race, and of the male gender, who served the Jedi Order throughout the final decades of the Galactic Republic.
Being Force-sensitive, this Human was trained in the applications of the Force. He engaged the Separatist forces in combat during the Clone Wars, surviving until the conflict's final year.
In the year 19 BBY, which was the war's last year, he and his clone trooper unit, known as Grey Squad, were stationed on the volcanic planet Mustafar. While on this planet, he developed a very close bond with a devoted xandank which he called Cobak. He was in the company of his clone troopers when Supreme Chancellor Palpatine gave the order for the execution of Contingency Order 66, which demanded the extermination of all Jedi. When his squad betrayed him, this Jedi successfully defended himself and escaped along with Cobak. Not long after his escape from execution, this man observed Separatist ships landing at a clandestine mining facility. He was aware that it was only a matter of time before either his former squad or the Confederacy's droids would locate him.
Anticipating his capture or demise, this Jedi deposited the majority of his personal possessions into his well-worn travel chest, which he had managed to retrieve at some point during his time in exile. He concealed the chest in a secluded location within the Berken's Flow region and tasked Cobak with guarding it, hoping that Grand Master Yoda would eventually discover its contents and decipher the events that had transpired. After recording a concise message detailing the recent occurrences on his datapad, the Jedi sealed the chest and vanished into the landscape of Mustafar.
Twenty years later, a spacer stumbled upon the datapad while sifting through stolen items at a bandit camp located on Mustafar. Upon activating it, the spacer discovered the Jedi's final message, which guided him to the concealed travel chest. There, he encountered Cobak, who was still fiercely guarding the chest, and was forced to eliminate the creature when it attacked. Among the items found within the chest were 10,000 credits and a pair of Mustafarian miner's boots.
In Star Wars Galaxies' third expansion, Trials of Obi-Wan, before the game's shutdown on December 15, 2011, the datapad belonging to this Jedi could be located within a bandit camp situated on Mustafar. Activating the datapad would initiate the quest titled "The Jedi's Guard Dog". A brief holographic message from the Jedi was displayed, directing the player to the hidden chest, where they were required to defeat Cobak.
