This individual, a soldier and female, served within the ranks of the reconstituted Sith Empire on the planet of Dromund Kaas. In the year 3950 BBY, she was selected, along with two other soldiers, by Murtog, the security captain for Dark Councilor Darth Nyriss, to participate in a strike team. This team's objective was to ambush Meetra Surik, a Jedi Knight, inside a cave located outside the capital city of Kaas City on Dromund Kaas. During the ambush, T3-M4, Surik's droid, employed his headlamp to disorient the soldiers. Reacting instinctively, the soldiers immediately began firing their weapons. Surik was forced to evade their attack. In response, Surik jumped, stabbed the closest male soldier, and used telekinesis to slam the other female soldier against a wall of the cave, killing her instantly. The surviving soldiers removed their night goggles and began shooting at the Jedi. While their attention was diverted, T3 activated his flamethrower, setting the remaining male soldier ablaze. The screams of her burning comrade distracted the female soldier, giving Surik a chance to cut through her armor and eliminate her.
