Uhr-Vah-Vo TechWorks, a commercial enterprise run by Tiss'shar, functioned in the final years of the Galactic Republic. Approximately twenty years before the commencement of the Clone Wars, this company manufactured the Model 88-series administration droid, with the purpose of serving as a droid for clerical and administrative work. This droid garnered interest from the InterGalactic Banking Clan, leading the Clan to acquire the bulk of the production and, subsequently, to take over Uhr-Vah-Vo completely.
