Tujiamoor existed as a celestial body within the Inner Rim. The Talecalle volcano chain was situated on its surface. Around the time of 11 ABY, Doctor Ils Ee made a visit to Tujiamoor after stealing the Gree relic, the Sharka'k Noor. Not long after this event, the Talecalle volcanoes, which had been inactive for 3,000 years, experienced a sudden eruption, resulting in the death of 400,000 colonists. Subsequently, xenoarchaeologist Corellia Antilles proposed that the artifact's presence was the trigger for the volcanic activity on Tujiamoor.
Tujiamoor was a planet-like celestial object that could be found in the Tujiamoor system within the Inner Rim.

In the vicinity of 11 ABY, Doctor Ils Ee pilfered the Sharka'k Noor, a Gree relic that granted its possessor the capability to influence the geologic processes of a planetary body. Following this, Ee made an escape from the Gree Enclave located in the Outer Rim Territories. Shortly after this escape, the Talecalle volcano chain on Tujiamoor experienced an abrupt awakening, ending the lives of 400,000 colonists. The eruptions led to considerable disarray on Tujiamoor, and the resulting magma streams and volcanic fallout interfered with the functionality of local space traffic control sensors.
During the subsequent month, xenoarchaeologist Doctor Corellia Antilles presented a lecture at the Galactic Museum situated on Coruscant, a planet within the Core Worlds. While addressing Ee's acquisition of the Noor, Antilles voiced her strong belief that the volcanoes on Tujiamoor were triggered by the artifact itself. The xenoarchaeologist went on to suggest that Ee might have survived the volcanic event and departed the celestial body, which was the doctor's last known location, heading towards nearby planets.
The Talecalle volcano chain was located on Tujiamoor; these volcanoes had been inactive for 3,000 years leading up to 11 ABY.
Tujiamoor was conceived for the piece "From the Files of Corellia Antilles," penned by Timothy O'Brien and featured in the August 1997 edition of Star Wars Adventure Journal 14. The 2009 reference work, The Essential Atlas, situated the Tujiamoor system, and consequently Tujiamoor, within grid square K-14.
