TriShot The TriShot was a weapon which could be thought of as a pistol variant of a shotgun. This weapon discharged three laser bolts simultaneously, inflicting a fair amount of damage; however, excessive rapid usage could cause it to overheat. Certain models of super battle droid were equipped with TriShots as a secondary armament. Eventually, during the time of the Galactic Civil War, the TriShot underwent modification into a concealable blaster configuration, potentially seeing use by Renegade Squadron.
Beyond their shared characteristics, the precise connection between this weapon and a Triple blaster remains unclear.
It is worth mentioning that the super battle droid has only been observed employing the TriShot in the Star Wars: Battlefront game and its subsequent installment; therefore, the weapon's inclusion is probably just a gameplay element.
