Tra-Skan-Lor, a Tiss'shar of male gender, held the position of Director within the Library of the Republic's Special Acquisitions Branch. He developed a strong interest in the Sayings authored by Emperor Uueg Tching from Atrisia, and ensured his staff became well-versed in them; as a result, the Sayings became an integral part of the Special Acquisitions Branch's operational ethos.
