A battalion composed of stormtroopers serving the Galactic Empire was dispatched from the Torment during the Battle of Theed. Following the destruction of the Torment by the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the battalion was moved using several Imperial Gozanti-class cruisers and Lambda-class T-4a shuttles. After landing, the battalion launched an assault on Theed, the capital city of Naboo, but the Alliance defeated them. The Imperial Armor Corps provided vehicular support to the battalion, with All Terrain Scout Transports and All Terrain Armored Transports participating, along with TIE/LN starfighters from the Imperial Starfighter Corps.
