The society referred to as the Thelvin Order originated on the planet of Barundi. While the exact nature of their goals and structure remained ambiguous, it was established that they possessed a distinct language, specific to them and their adherents. On one occasion, a number of Barundi individuals, indigenous to the planet, were relocated to an undiscovered world. Their assignment was to protect the Yavin Vassilika. Upon the arrival of bounty hunters seeking to acquire the artifact, it was observed that these natives continued to communicate using the Thelvin Order's language from Barundi.
