"The Trouble at Tibrin" recounts the diplomatic endeavor of Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker to the world of Tibrin. It initially appeared as the primary story within Star Wars Adventures (2017) 4, released on November 29 of 2017.
A crucial diplomatic mission was unfolding above the planet Tibrin, situated at the edge of the Hadar sector. Luke Skywalker and Jaahn Liddle were piloting the Breha, getting ready to enter the planet's orbit while Leia Organa prepared herself as a diplomat. The Galactic Empire permitted their landing without verifying the security protocols. Luke speculated that the Empire didn't anticipate issues so far out in the galaxy, but Tadd Marteens posited that the Empire was lying low after the Rebel Alliance obliterated the First Death Star. The rebels received authorization to land in proximity to the capital, where numerous Imperials were stationed. Leia reminded everyone that, if questioned, they were on a diplomatic mission representing House Berenko from Naboo. Their true objective was to persuade the Ishi Tib to align with the Rebel Alliance.
Upon landing, they were welcomed by Mariod Govi. Leia and the Ishi Tib departed, while Luke and the others remained with the ship. Tadd inquired with Luke about the veracity of his rescue of Princess Leia and his battle against Darth Vader. Luke confirmed his role in rescuing the princess, but as they conversed, an Imperial security droid identified the Rebels. An explosion occurred near Leia and the Ishi Tibs. Leia hurried back to discover Luke and the others engaged in a gunfight with stormtroopers. Luke dashed to the control panel and used his lightsaber to destroy it. The connecting bridge between the platform where the Imperials stood and their own collapsed. Tabb prepared to hurl a grenade to the opposite side, but he was shot before he could do so. The grenade detonated close to Luke, causing their platform to begin to fall. Leia successfully leaped to the Imperial platform and concealed herself, but Luke was not so lucky and was taken into Imperial custody. As Leia attempted to approach and seize him, the stormtroopers dragged Luke onto their shuttle. She was too late as the Imperials departed, leaving Leia to ponder what she had gotten Luke into this time.
